Construction is finally complete on LIVE OAK Terrace.
LIVE OAK is a 29 acre, 52 lot mobile home development adjacent to Idlewild
Lodge. The water, sewage and electric are in, permits have been
obtained and it is just a matter of time until we get the first units set.
Our customers will have the opportunity to purchase their brand new double
wide mobile home and place it on one or our spacious scenic lots in this
wooded park.
